Come to meet and connect with other Yoga enthusiasts in Budapest and enjoy together the fresh air, smooth grass and calm energy on Margit Sziget.


This Yoga training session is for beginners and intermediary level. The training will incorporate breathing, meditation, stretching and relaxation.

The training will be led by our professional yoga instructor Viki. Viki is an expat from Ukraine working for multinational companies in Budapest. She has been a yogi herself for a decade and teaching yoga as an instructor in multinational companies and private groups. Her focus of training is on stretching and strength building of lower body.

The group will meet on the grass in front of Holdudvar Rendezvényhelyszín. If you are coming from the direction of Margit Bridge, it's the big building immediately after the fountain. the group will be sitting on the left side (if you are facing to the north) of the building on the grass.

Practical information:

- Do NOT eat anything before the training.
- Do bring water.
- Bring your own yoga mat / towels to feel comfortable on the ground.
- Bring extra sweater in case it becomes cold in the evening.
