Plant based diet and traditional hungarian cooking sounds like contradiction? Absolutely no!

After months of trials, errors and successes, I have managed to pin point the secrets to my grandma’s decadant stuffed cabbadge, all plant based from healthy and simple ingredients.

Surprise yourself, your friends and family with this tradition dish without compromise.

During this class you will also learn how to make the ‘körözött’ spread, out of millet and fermented. And hey, why stop here? We will bake a sourdough bread and some vegan sour cream!
