European countries synchronize their DST, which starts on the last Sunday of March and ends on the last Sunday of October.
Participating countries are:
The European Union (EU), including Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Most other European countries, including Norway and Switzerland.
European Countries Without DST:
Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Iceland, Russia, and Turkey don't use DST and remain on standard time all year.
Daylight Saving Time History in Hungary
Hungary first observed Daylight Saving Time in 1916.
Hungary has observed DST for 57 years between 1916 and 2018.
Previous time with no Daylight Saving Time was 1979.
