The 2015 Gift of the Gab kicks off this Wednesday evening (17 September) at 7.30pm in the Cotton Club on Jokai Utca. Five contestants - Marcus Frakes (USA), Gerard Lucey (IRE), Jwana Stevenson (NI), Steven Nelson (USA), and Harlan Cockburn (UK) - will take to the stage in an effort to see which of them has the gift of the gab - that innate ability to talk about anything, to anyone, anywhere.

The Bridging Europe arts festival will focus on German culture during its four-day programme starting on Sept. 10 this year. The National Bank of Hungary (NBH) has purchased the Eiffel Palace office building, located in the centre of Budapest, for EUR 45.3m not including VAT, in order to exploit the advantages from the property investment, the NBH told MTI.
