On now until 10 September 2017. The group of artists whose name translates as Substitute Thirsters were active from 1984 until 1992. The group was established when the former bans, prohibitions, and various hindrances of Socialism had already begun to abate, and they dispersed as soon as parliamentary democracy was consolidated.

Budapest is to host the International Wagner Congress from June 7 to 10, with around 300 delegates from 140 member societies in attendance, organisers told MTI on Tuesday. 'The story of Carmen, the emotional extremes of the characters and Bizet's music are very powerful and inspirational. For me, the main inspiration comes from the abrupt shifts in the story and the music. I feel an affinity with the unpredictability and impulsiveness of the characters, which derives from their overwrought emotional condition.
