Mr. György Beck served as Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Hungary Ltd., a subsidiary of Vodafone Group PLC from January 1, 2007 to October 2011. Dr. Beck served as Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett-Packard Hungary since 2002. From 1998 to 2002, he worked for Compaq (later acquired by Hewlett-Packard), first as Hungary Chief Executive Officer then as Chief Executive Officer for the CEE region.

From 1993 to 1996 was the founding Marketing and Sales Director of Westel 900 (later T-Mobile Hungary).
