Entrepreneurs in Hungary Feel They Need More Frequent Training
STRT Holding has surveyed Hungarian entrepreneurs' experiences and expectations regarding further professional training, reports online business daily Világgazdaság.

While the majority of company managers interviewed (around 56%) participate in some form of training at least every quarter, 10% said they do not take advantage of this opportunity at all.

The survey also points out that the majority of these same managers, 55%, feel they would need to participate in some kind of training at least once a month.

Among other things, the results revealed that most entrepreneurs choose courses in leadership and management, artificial intelligence, marketing and sales, finance and branding.

A third of those surveyed spend more than HUF 250,000 annually on training, while another third spend more than HUF 500,000 on this purpose.
