MPs Exempt Under-25s From Income Tax
Parliament on Wednesday passed a bill waiving personal income tax obligations for those under 25 years of age, Minister without portfolio for Family Affairs Katalin Novák said in a video on her Facebook page.

As many as one million people aged 15- 25 will not have to pay personal income tax from January 1, 2022.

The aim of the measure is to remove obstacles from young people to having children and raising a family, Novák added.
