Budapest remains one of the world’s more liveable cities, but the Hungarian capital has lost ground in the latest Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) Global Liveability Index.
Budapest ranked 36th out of 173 cities, scoring 91 points out of 100. That puts it firmly among the higher-rated cities worldwide, although its position fell by 4 places from last year.
