Econet.hu Unit Buys Exit Magazine

"Project company KJ Publishing, owned by econet.hu, has signed an agreement with Sanoma Budapest to buy its weekly listings magazine Exit. The deal was sealed in March.
KJ Publishing has paid half of the pur-chase price, but no details were disclosed on the value of the transaction.
Est Media, another econet.hu subsidiary, holds 20% of KJ Publishing."
