The Rózsakert Shopping Center is owned by the Raiffeisen Real Estate Fund and managed by Cushman & Wakefield. Often referred to as the "jewel of Rózsadomb," the center hosts nearly 60 stores, including fashion and accessory shops, drugstores, service providers, grocery stores, as well as a wide selection of international and Hungarian dining options.
With approximately 8,000 m² of leasable space and 230 parking spaces, the shopping center first opened its doors in 1998, making it one of the earliest established shopping centers in Budapest. Thanks to its location, it primarily attracts a high-income A/B status clientele. Its customer base is exceptionally loyal, with many visitors returning since the opening, giving the center the feel of a “large family home.”
A comprehensive redevelopment project is currently underway, transforming both the front terrace and the garden area behind the building. Our goal is to create a welcoming, family-oriented, and innovative community space that meets the needs of all generations. Visitors will be greeted by a modern terrace enhanced with greenery, heated smart benches, bicycle racks, a comfortable food court, and pet-friendly water stations.
Behind the building, a lush green garden will feature relaxation and community zones, including barbecue areas and leisure spaces, alongside a safe, modern, and attractive playground for children.
