Hungary's Klubrádió Wins Frequency In Court
An unspecified court of first instance awarded the 92.9 MHz community, free frequency to radio station Klubrádió again on Wednesday. Klubrádió had launched a lawsuit against the Media Council, as it won the frequency before the 2010 elections, but neither then media authority ORTT nor its legal successor the Media Council will sign the contract with it.

This is the sixth court ruling to state that the Media Council proceeded unlawfully on frequency bids submitted by the radio station, Klubrádió president and managing director András Arató said.

Klubrádió meanwhile continues its legal fight for the 95.3 MHz frequency as well. It has won three lawsuits but says they are not being implemented by the Media Council.
