Heads Of Hungarian State Companies Told To Give Back Bonuses

Development Minister Zsuzsanna Németh asked the senior executives of state companies to pay back bonuses paid this year above Ft 2 million, after Wednesday’s cabinet meeting.
The ministry said Németh will adopt related necessary measures to implement the cabinet’s decision.
The cabinet had asked Németh to urge the executives to pay back the bonuses, regardless of the legal status.
The cabinet decision comes after the tabloid Blikk revealed that bonuses of as much as Ft 19.2 billion were paid to state executives for results achieved in 2012.
