Hungary’s Ministry Signs Accord On Gripen Jets
The Defence Ministry has signed an agreement with Sweden on upgrading Hungary’s Gripen fighter jets. Under the agreement the ministry will be able to obtain equipment necessary for the technical servicing and maintenance of Gripen fighter jets outside of Hungary, thereby enabling Hungary to deploy the aircraft abroad as well.

The new equipment will help the Hungarian jets to protect the air space of Baltic countries next autumn.
