Hungarian Olympics Study Cost Ft 500mn
The cabinet is paying Ft 480 million to consultancy company PwC for the feasibility study for a 2024 Budapest Olympiad, Népszabadság reports. The commission is officially for reworking the feasibility study written in 2002 with a view to hosting the 2012 Olympics, therefore there was no bidding process for the work.

In addition the company – commissioned by the Budapest Olympic Movement – had earlier updated the document, analysing the possibility of hosting the Olympics in 2016 and 2020.
