Hungarian Kayakers Guilty Of Doping Violation
- 3 Aug 2016 9:00 AM
Three days before the start of the Olympic games, the executive committee of Hungary’s kayak-canoe federation has decided to withdraw two kayakers, not officially named, but easily identifiable, from the national team.
The committee made the decision after being informed by the Hungarian Anti-Doping Group that a banned doping agent was found in the bodies of the two.
Reports identify the pair as Bence Horváth and Máté Szomolányi.
