More Than 19,000 Cases Of Missing Minors
More than 19,000 cases of missing minors were registered in Hungary in 2017, 300 more than in the previous year, the Ezer Lámpás Éjszakája Alapítvány (Night of 1,000 Lights Foundation) said on Tuesday on International Missing Children’s Day.

It is important to point out that the number indicates not the number of missing children, but the registered cases, that is, if a child runs away from home six times, that is recorded as six separate cases in the database.

The Foundation will hold a series of programmes such as concerts, family and children’s activities, in 10 towns on Sunday.
