Fines For Breaking Covid Quarantine Rules To Increase In Hungary
The fine imposed on those violating quarantine rules would be increased from Ft 50,000 to Ft 150,000 under a bill submitted by deputy prime minister Zsolt Semjén in the name of the cabinet to Parliament.

In addition, the bill would make mandatory the use of a quarantine app for those who have a mobile phone capable of using the technology.

Fines for repeated infringements on the same day could rise to Ft 600,000.
