Ali Can, as the commercial leader of Matild Palace, will be responsible for the property’s sales and marketing strategy, and reactive and proactive sales efforts, providing day to day leadership to his associates to achieve property sales and marketing objectives.
Born and studied in Vienna, prior to accepting the new position in Budapest, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Park Hyatt Istanbul, Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and The Ritz-Carlton Oman. He is a native Turkish and German, fluent in English, and speaks French well.
The specialist has extensive knowledge of the tourism & hotel industry and experience in, among others, sales and marketing, strategic sales planning, smart market expansion strategy, leadership, and yield management.
He is an exceptional mentor and coach, combining business acumen with innate leadership abilities to recruit, build and retain top-performing sales and marketing teams. He brings experience and a proven track record of success in the sales and marketing area, which will be invaluable in meeting Matild Palace's goals and objectives.
