Mini-Apartments in Hungary Remain Popular
Even in the changed real estate market conditions, mini-apartments with a small floor area of 10 to 20 sqm have not lost their popularity.

These small-floor properties occupy a narrow but all the more significant part of the domestic real estate market, according to Duna House, writes profitline.hu.

Based on this year's sales data of Duna House, 1% of all sales were tied to apartments or houses between 10-20 sqm, similar to last year,

Depending on location and condition, the square meter of homes with a floor area of 20 sqm or less sold until August this year ranges from 400,000 to HUF 1.7 million in the capital, but in rural areas, you could get a 20 sqm apartment in good condition for as little as HUF 350,000 per sqm.
