Two Victims of Australia Terror Attack Had Hungarian Origin
There were two victims of Hungarian origin in the anti-Semitic terror attack in Sydney, and the government will provide all possible assistance to their relatives, Peter Szijjártó, the foreign minister, confirmed in Brussels.

Speaking at a press conference after a meeting of European Union foreign ministers, Szijjarto said that "we, Hungarians, consider violent acts committed against religious groups unacceptable," the ministry quoted him as saying.

"We stand against all forms of terrorism and violence, and Hungary has zero tolerance for anti-Semitism," he said.

He expressed his sympathy to the relatives of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery, and the families much strength for difficult period ahead.

"Unfortunately, I can confirm that there are two victims of Hungarian nationality in this brutal attack," he said, adding that one of them is a Holocaust survivor from southern Slovakia.
