Record Low Level of Danube in Budapest

The river fell to 31 centimetres on the morning of 28 July, breaking the previous record low of 33 centimetres set on 25 October 2018. 

By 2 pm the same day, the level had dropped even further to 26 centimetres, setting a new all-time low - according to Hungary's National Directorate General for Water Management (OVF).
