Christmas Day on Saturday 25th December offering a four course set menu dinner between 7 and 10.30 pm in Le Bourbon restaurant.

Tokaj goose foie gras shaving, marinated duck carpaccio on a toasted brioche, apple and quince chutney
Filet of turbotin and champagne butter sauce, slice of roasted apple and chanterelles mushroom
Braised stuffed guinea fowl breast with black truffles and dry fruits, Porto wine sauce, spicy quince confit
Christmas surprise with chestnut cream and Cointreau cherry bavaroise

Fresh goat cheese terrine and grilled vegetables with ‘'Sarawak'' pepper, mixed salad
Filet of turbotin and champagne butter sauce, slice of roasted apple and girolles mushroom
Marinated / sautéed Scottish salmon filet, thin green peas puree and green vegetables with pink pepper, sea weed galette
Christmas surprise with chestnut cream and Cointreau cherry bavaroise
Coffee and mignardises
Dinner will start at 19:00. 4 course menu price is HUF 16 000, - (approximately EUR 60,-) including a glass of Hungaria Extra Dry Sparkling Wine, water and coffee. Price includes tax, excludes service."
