Through the use of a comprehensive variety of sporting and social opportunities provided on a local and national scale, Vác FC in the Community's mission is positively impact the local community.
Community Work
Vác Hospital – Children’s Ward.
Just prior to the last 2 Christmas Eve festivities the Vác FC professional team, coaching staff and senior management have visited the sick children of Vác. The team offers gifts, clothes, chocolates and sweets at Christmas, a time for sharing.
Christmas 2014 the team were accompanied by Dr. Albert Royaards, Head of ‘The Smiling Hospital Foundation’ – Who believe in healing through happiness. Vác FC in the Community is currently assisting the implementation of this charity at the Hospital, as this will see the kids entertained on a weekly basis and not just once a year at Christmas.
Blood Donation – Give Blood & Save Lives
Vác FC in the Community have hosted 2 donation events since the birth of our social initiative. Both at Vác City Stadium. A total of 16.5 litres of blood were donated in 2014.

Sport Related Initiatives
'Family Friendly' Viewing Zone
A predominantly male crowd has supported Hungarian football for many years. As we have seen in Western Europe, crowd growth and sustainability can only be achieved by making attendance at matches attractive to all genders and ages.
Vác FC is one of the first clubs in Hungary to allocate a designated part of the stadium, which is names: ‘Csalad Barat Szektor’ – The Family Enclosure. A place where Mums and Dads can take their kids, away from the more passionate fans and view the game in a safe environment.
Kindergarten Pitches
Vác FC is in partnership with "Ovi-Foci Alapítvány", the Kindergarten Football Foundation (KFF).
Since we began our cooperation with Dr. Andrea Molnar, Chairwoman of "Ovi-Foci Alapítvány", the following kindergarten pitches have been built in Vác alone this year:
Executed in 2014:
• Eötvös Utcai Óvoda (Kindergarten) - 2600 Vác, Eötvös u. 3.
• Újhegyi Úti Óvoda (Kindergarten) - 2600 Vác, Újhegyi út 46.
In 2014/15 submitted applications & to be built in Vác during 2015:
1 Hársfa Utcai Óvoda (Kindergarten) - 2600 Vác, Hársfa u. 4.
Vác FC would also like to build a kindergarten pitch at Vác Stadium so families can attend home matches, bring their toddlers who would be monitored at the kindergarten pitch by specially trained child minders. Allowing the parents to watch the Vác FC game in peace. Making Vác stadium the first of its kind regarding family friendliness.
