Meanwhile, Duna House board proposes payment of dividend in installments

The board of listed real estate broker Duna House has announced plans to propose the payment of dividend in installments to comply with rules governing its Italian subsidiaries.

In proposals for an annual general meeting scheduled for April 30 posted on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange, the board said that its Italian subsidiaries had generated 58pc of consolidated operating profit in 2024.

As Italian law prohibits parent companies from taking into account dividends declared by subsidiaries up to the reporting date when determining their own dividend, the board said it would propose payment of a HUF 750m dividend on ordinary shares to be approved by the April AGM and paid by June 30, and an interim dividend of HUF 750m to be approved by an extraordinary general meeting and paid by December 31.

The board will propose payment of a total dividend of HUF 874m to shareholders on April 30, including HUF 124m paid on employee shares.
