Netpincér May Deliver For Retail Chains In Hungary
Food delivery company Netpincér is enjoying a boom since restaurants were ordered to shut last month, CEO Zoltán Patai confirmed to Napi in an interview.

He said the long-term strategy includes deliveries for retail chains.

Negotiations are ongoing with a few companies that also sell food, he said, adding that the strategic goal is to provide home delivery of all products within 30 minutes.

Large food chains have joined Netpincér since the coronavirus epidemic arrived in Hungary, among them Burger King, Bamba Marha, Zing Burger and Padthai in Budapest.

The extraordinary situation has speeded up the launch of several services, such as no-touch delivery.

As Netpincér is helping restaurants in a difficult situation, its delivery service Netpincér Go is free for hundreds of selected partners until the end of April.

The company hired 200 delivery workers in March, who can earn a net Ft 2,000-3,000 per hour, said Patai.

As Netpincér has expanded to Debrecen, Mosonmagyaróvár and two other cities in the last two weeks, the service is now present in 27 municipalities.

Netpincér is owned by listed German company Delivery Hero.
