1. Otthon Start: 3% Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loan
Loan details:
3% fixed interest for up to 25 years
Maximum HUF 50 million loan amount
Minimum 10% down payment (50% if the property price exceeds HUF 100 million)

First-time homebuyer
At least 18 years old
2 years of Hungarian social security contributions (TB)
