Preview: UEFA Champions League Final in Budapest - How to Buy or Win a Ticket
Budapest will host the UEFA Champions League Final at Puskás Aréna on May 30, 2026, drawing football fans from across Europe and beyond to the Hungarian capital.

Puskás Aréna, named for legendary Hungarian footballer Ferenc Puskás, seats 67,215 and counts among Europe's most modern stadiums. UEFA allocated around 39,000 public tickets: 17,200 per finalist club, nearly 5,000 for neutral fans through the official ballot, with remaining seats for partners, associations and media. Official prices range from HUF 25,000 (Fans First) to HUF 340,000 (Category 1).

Arsenal has confirmed its place in the final, facing either PSG or Bayern Munich once the second semi-final concludes. Kick-off is set for 18:00 CEST to improve logistics, leaving the evening open after the match.

On secondary platforms like Viagogo and StubHub, tickets list from 1.8 million HUF up to HUF 2,8 million or more. UEFA requires all tickets to use the Mobile Tickets app linked to the original buyer's phone, creating high fraud risk for resales. The official UEFA resale platform handles returns at face value.

Heineken runs a ticket giveaway until May 14, offering 50 pairs via purchase proof upload. Pepsi and Lay's promotion continues until May 17, with codes from packaging entering winners for tickets plus hotel stays.

Puskás Aréna lies in Ferencváros, reached via M3 metro (Puskás Ferenc Stadion) or tram. Ticketless visitors can join fan zones, big screens and citywide atmosphere across the Jewish Quarter, Margaret Island and Liszt Ferenc tér. The stadium itself remains accessible for exterior viewing.

UEFA and sponsor sites may post additional giveaways closer to match day.
