Only long-term programs can be successful but they are expensive and the schools have no money. Civil organisations would do it for free but they hardly get any state support.

The government has launched an urban development programme, under which Prime Minister Viktor Orbán signed a cooperation agreement with northwestern Hungary’s Sopron.
