Gábor Czene of Népszabadság conducted an interview with Tamás Fabiny, bishop of the northern district of the Hungarian Lutheran Church. Fabiny was ordained in Erlangen, Germany in 1982. The Israeli Cultural Institute in Budapest has opened a centre named after Tivadar Herzl, a 19th-century Jewish journalist and writer born in Pest who is considered to have been the father of modern political Zionism. Minister for Human Resources Zoltán Balog told the opening event on Sunday evening that learning is vital for different people and cultures living together.
