Our planet is heating up. Glaciers are melting, sea levels are rising, and extreme weather events like droughts, cyclones and floods are becoming more common. Homeless people’s identity documents are checked twice a month by police on average according to a study prepared last autumn by the Helsinki Committee and The City is for Everyone, a homeless rights advocacy group. With the help of homeless people, the two organizations conducted an examination called a test and a survey called an observation.
