Invitation: Evening Concerts At Budapest Zoo

The Budapest Zoo will host a series of summer concerts, coming soon and running until 22 August. This is the 11th year in which the zoo has provided its amazing open-air backdrop to some of the most talented local musical groups including: Budapest Bár, Budapest Klezmer Band, Hot Jazz Band.

Summer of 2012, the Hungarian House of Photography organized the first edition of its exhibition series titled Rarely seen photographs. The exhibited photos were selected from the collection of the Hungarian Museum of Photography of Kecskemet. With this initiative, we intended to showcase items from Hungarian photographic collections that, unfortunately, rarely reach the public.

In the morning of Saturday, 14th March 2012 spectators are going to be welcomed by open air music at Szechenyi-hegy Station. The official programme is going to commence with a flag hoisting ceremony at 10:30 hrs. It will be followed by a short greeting delivered by Janos Gaspar (Mr), president of The Hungarian Foundation for General Education on Transportation.
