The station’s current frequency, 95.3 MHz, was awarded to a previously unknown entity in December 2011. Klubrádió’s challenge of that decision is in another court, which is expected to rule on the matter on March 14.

The court found that former Emfesz CEO István Góczi had no authorisation to sell the 100% ownership of Mabofi to Swiss registered RosGas on April 28, 2009. Góczi reportedly sold the company for $1.
