Seven schools across Hungary were closed or evacuated on Monday, due to bomb threats. Two schools in Szeged and two others in Szombathely had to be evacuated, along with one each in Kulcs, Nyíregyháza, and Budapest.

The government will distribute another 193,000 laptops in primary and secondary schools, bringing the number of students using such devices purchased from central coffers to 450,000, a state secretary of the interior ministry said.
