Support For Government In Hungary Weakens
"Public disillusionment with Fidesz may be growing, according to the latest survey by pollsters Medián. The number who said they would never vote for Fidesz went up from 21% to 32% in the past month.

For the first time since the elections, the number expressing satisfaction with the government’s work fell below 50%, dropping to 45%, while the number who say that things in general are moving in the wrong direction is at 48%, up from 39% one month ago.

Fidesz nevertheless maintains its huge lead over other parties, with support among decided voters at 64%, down from 66%, compared to the Socialists at 20% up from 17% last month. Support for Jobbik and LMP remained steady at 11% and 4%, respectively. These figures are consistent with the results of a Tárki poll released Wednesday.

The results are based on a survey of 1,200 adults in the first week of December."
