Tensions Flare On INA Board Appointed By Hungary's MOL
The MOL-appointed majority on the INA board of directors refused to concede ground on Wednesday to demands from the Croatian directors for greater information-sharing.

The board of the Croatian energy company declared that the management practice is in line with legal requirements.

The extraordinary meeting was convened by the three board members appointed by the Croatian government, who want to reshuffle decision making on the board, where seats are split equally between Hungarian and Croatian members. The deciding vote belongs to chairman Zoltán Áldott, delegated by MOL.

The Croatian government, owner of 45% of INA, is said to be unhappy that MOL has management rights to INA with only 49% of the shares.
