Thai Police Arrest Hungarian Murder Suspect
Thai police have arrested Gábor Németh, the Hungarian suspected of killing his business associate and countryman Péter Reisz, local media reported on Wednesday. The 35-year-old has an Israeli passport in the name of Moshe David. He was arrested in Bangkok.

The body of 47-year-old Reisz was found in a plastic bag on a rubber plantation last Friday on the island of Phuket. He had been stabbed several times and his hands were tied.

His disappearance was reported last week by a Hungarian friend staying in Thailand.

Németh and Reisz were partners in a business venture, who argued after Reisz accused Németh of forging his signature on a $500,000 land deal.

Reisz then informed police that Németh had threatened to kill him.

Local police say at least two people carried out the murder. They are searching for the assumed accomplice, a man named György Lajos Kvalka.
