KD Penalises Hungary's State Mobile Payment Company
The Public Procurement Arbitration Court (KD) has fined the state-owned mobile payment company Nemzeti Mobilfizetési Ft 5 million, and invalidated a tender for lenders to provide a five-year Ft 800 million loan facility.

The company, which was established in November, opted for closed negotiations, citing limited time.

The KD however, argued that the company had ample time to prepare for it and hold an open tender.
