Hungarian Police Reopen 2008 Case Of Missing French Girl, Ophélie Bretnacher
Hungarian authorities have reopened the case of French girl, Ophélie Bretnacher, who went missing on December 4, 2008, and was found dead on February 12, 2009, reports local newspaper, Blikk.

Ophélie B. had last been seen leaving a Dohány utca nightclub. After more than two months of investigation, her body was found by sailors off Csepel-sziget.

Police do not want to reveal the reasons they have reopened the case, but it is believed that there are some inconsistencies in certain witness statements. Authorities have prolonged the investigation until April 2014.
