Luxury Train Service Begins Budapest To Tehran Run

The new luxury train called the Golden Eagle Danube Express departed from Budapest yesterday on its maiden journey, bound for Tehran. The train left Nyugati station with 70 passengers on board for the nearly 7,000km, 13-day trip.
The 30-member Hungarian crew includes four cooks, six waiters and 11 conductors. The guests are mostly Australian, British, American and German. All tickets for the trip were sold, at a price of $10,000-12,000.
