Századvég Poll: Most Hungarians Would Tighten Drug Laws

Nearly two-thirds of respondents in a recent Századvég poll said that Hungary’s laws concerning drug use were too lenient, and the vast majority (86%) said that light drugs should not be made legal, the pollster.
Fifty-seven percent of all respondents would support the introduction of voluntary drug testing of minors in schools, while 40% voiced disapproval of the government’s recent proposal.
The survey was conducted on a random sample of 1,000 adults.
