Szeged Court Denies Illegal Migrant Trials To Be Held In Containers In Hungary
The Szeged Court in southern Hungary has denied that criminal trials of illegal migrants or anyone caught damaging Hungary’s border fence would be held in containers. A court official said trials would be carried out in proper courtrooms in Szeged, adding that two new courtrooms would be set up at the local police station.

The Szeged Administrative and Labour Court may choose to conduct longdistance hearings and use telephone interpreting to hear appeals by migrants who had had their asylum applications rejected.

The Szeged Court has made all the necessary technical preparations for such procedures both at the Röszke and Tompa border stations, where migrants must wait for their applications to be processed, the official said.
