Budapest Liszt Ferenc Passenger Numbers Above 1m In Sept

Passenger numbers at Budapest’s Liszt Ferenc International Airport reached 1,017,000 in the month of September, the facility operator Budapest Airport said. Last month passenger numbers at the airport were up 16.2% compared with, the same month a year earlier.
Traffic was already heavy throughout the summer, with corresponding monthly passenger numbers around 140,000 higher than in the same months last year. In September London, Paris and Brussels were the most popular departure points for Budapest.
