Group Leader Of Hungary’s Ruling Party Kósa: Terrorist Attacks Indicate ‘Failure Of Integration’
- 27 Jul 2016 9:00 AM
Lajos Kósa, group leader of ruling Fidesz, has referred to the recent terrorist attacks as “the failure of integration” of migrants. Speaking on public news television M1, Kósa argued that the attacks were committed by second or third generation immigrants, and insisted that though “migration does not equal terrorism, the two are closely related”.
Migration must be stopped rather than just slowed down, the group leader said. He referred to the “European Union’s incompetence and pro-migration policies” and warned that “hundreds of millions are about to migrate”.
Kósa said that some migrants “would not integrate, respect our laws, traditions or views, but would even fight European civilisation”. “Such masses could change Europe’s culture,” he added.
