Hungarian Govt Official Slams EU Migration Proposals

The EC has also proposed to complete changes to Europe’s asylum system “to move towards a fully efficient, fair and humane asylum policy”. State secretary Csaba Dömötör said it was “obvious” that those plans were aimed at allowing an easier entry into Europe rather than increasing border control.
Under the package, “Brussels would oblige all members to receive immigrants,” Dömötör insisted. He also suggested that “Brussels would set the number” of migrants for each country to receive, and called this “unacceptable”.
The package will not solve the migration crisis but create even more problems, the official said, and argued that the proposals were equal to an “invitation for further millions of migrants”.
