Mediaworks confirmed that its ownership structure has not changed since September 2014, and that Vienna Capital Partners remains its owner.

Reports had said the publisher would be sold to Duna Aszfalt, a construction company owned by Felcsút mayor Lõrinc Mészáros.

Mediaworks is currently making an acquisition, and its leaders are giving priority to that, the statement said.
