Hungarian Government Earmarks HUF 1.2 Tln For Railways By 2022

Along with modernizing rail junction points and spending HUF 100 billion on purchasing train carriages, the government is also planning to modernize the Budapest-Százhalombatta line, the Budapest-Hatvan line and railway lines around Lake Balaton, along with other planned projects.
Another decision has been made on supporting the development of the airports in Debrecen and Kecskemét, Lázár was reported as saying. The strategic cabinet, which is headed by Lázár, was also asked by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to deal with the matter of inadequate transport links between Ferenc Liszt International Airport and the center of Budapest.
