Newly-elected Hungarian president Katalin Novák tried to put her best foot forward on her first official foreign visit to Warsaw in May 2022.
The United States has announced sanctions on more than 50 people and entities “in order to curb Russia’s and sanctioned Russian persons’ access to the international financial system through the use of financial facilitators,” David Pressman, the US Ambassador to Hungary said.
