Gross Wages In Hungary Up 10.4% YY In Sept

The average gross wage in Hungary rose by an annual 10.4% to 322,752 forints (EUR 1,003) in September, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said.
Net wages grew at the same pace as gross wages, also climbing 10.4% to 214,630 forints. KSH noted that wages have been boosted by high labour demand, a higher minimum wage and pay increases for workers at state-owned utilities companies.
