Hungarian Bank OTP Ends Payment By Yellow Cheque

OTP has terminated the use of yellow cheques for cash transfer orders at its branches as of April 1, Hungary’s largest bank announced yesterday.
OTP advises clients with internet bank access to allow automatic debit orders for payment transactions, as a fast and simple method.
The bank pointed out that payment with yellow cheques is still possible at post offices.
